Ordered wedding invites rsvp details wraps and stickers. Really pleased with the invites one slight disappointment was the envelopes for the cards although the quality was good there was no sticky to them and they were brown so I presume they were old stock - luckily I had the stickers to seal them so had to rely on them

They’re lovely and classy. The natural finish on black card means they won’t be perfect, because the dye/colouring cracks - however, other than that they are perfect!

Firstly, I have to say I'm really happy with the save the dates I received. They are really beautiful and a lot of our guests have commented on how nice the design is.
We chose the style with a wooden fridge magnet. A few of the invitations got damaged as the post. This was caused by the elevation of the wooden magnet, and then the envelope not being strong enough to withstand the added pressure.
This is a minimal point, but the sample I had ordered differed from the product we received. On the sample, the wood was varnished, and on the product it's not varnished. Additionally, the sample had thinner would than the actual product (only by about 1mm). This meant that the actual product was too thick to be sent as a normal letter through the Royal Mail when posted abroad to the US, meaning each Save the Date cost £4 to send rather than £2.
We ordered a few items from Loom and everything went smoothly and the quality of the products we excellent. This was until Parcel Force managed to lose two of our items, but the team at Loom couldn't have been more helpful and sent out replacements straight away. They have now arrived and we couldn't be more happy with them!
Beautiful guestbook, fitted in perfectly with the rest of our stationary. Love it! X
